Richmond Home Physiotherapy

Assessment & Diagnosis
At the initial assessment I will talk to you about the problems you're experiencing, such as, pain stiffness, loss of confidence, reduced ability to do the activities that you want to. We will then discuss any barriers that you feel may affect your ability to improve.

I will then carry out a detailed bio-mechanical assessment. This includes determining muscle strength, flexibility, postural alignment, balance, muscle patterning, breathing patterns and palpation of joints, muscles, tendons and other soft tissue.

I will use this information to provide a clinical diagnosis.

Treatment & Therapy
Based on the assessment and diagnosis Sarah will create a bespoke treatment program which may include: manipulation, massage, an exercise program, education, advice on posture, breathing patterns, injury and falls prevention.
